Available positions:
Online Marketeer
We are looking for an innovative marketeer to create, develop and manage our online marketing efforts and web platform.
Location: Beijing and/or flexible
Compensation: TBD, in-line with industry standards
Responsibilities
· Assist in the development, implementation and monitoring of web marketing strategy
· Create and manage various advertising, marketing and digital PR campaigns to help build the brand and drive website traffic
· Generate creative online marketing ideas and initiatives
· Manage various third-party vendors and freelancers to execute certain aspects of the online marketing efforts
· Lead the assessment and quantification of online marketing efforts through the use of various analytics tools
· Assist in the writing of product descriptions and generation of editorial content for the website
· Manager ongoing changes and updates to the company website
Ideal Candidate
· At least 2-4 years experience working in a direct-to-consumer internet marketing capacity for a consumer-facing brand, ideally in the apparel industry
· Direct experience in creation and management of PPC campaigns, SEO strategy, digital PR and/or social media platforms
· Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in writing marketing collateral, google & facebook ads and web copy
· Analytical and comfortable crunching numbers, using Google analytics and creating actionable recommendations from data analysis
· ‘Tech-savvy’ with familiarity in managing e-commerce CMS platforms, particularly Magento
· Design-capable with basic knowledge and capabilities using Photoshop and/or other graphic design programs
· An enthusiastic entrepreneurial flair and a willingness to work independently within a small and dynamic team

Yak Tracker - Tibetan Plateau
We are seeking someone to help coordinate, build and manage our yak wool sourcing efforts on the Tibetan Plateau. This is a recurring annual six-month position from April – September.
Location: Beijing and Tibetan Plateau
Compensation: TBD
Responsibilities
· Function as the Khunu representative to help coordinate and build relationships with various herder communities in the region to source the annual collection of yak wool
· Assist in the inspection, grading and quality control of incoming yak wool
· Communicate regularly with Khunu HQ about various issues of ongoing yak wool collection efforts
· Travel regularly between Beijing and the Tibetan Plateau and very frequently within the plateau region
Ideal Candidate
· Fluent or very proficient in English, Mandarin and Tibetan (preferably a nomadic dialect)
· Strong ties to Tibetan culture and basic understanding of herder communities and economics of the region
· Experienced and capable in traveling alone throughout the Tibetan Plateau
· China passport holder
· Self sufficient, reliable and with strong written and verbal communication skills
