Shipping & Delivery

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders, anywhere in the world.  Shipments for the US, Canada and UK are shipped by USPS from our storage and distribution facility in Colorado.  Generally, orders will ship the same day if received before 12:00PM Mountain Time M-F. Orders in the US generally takes 3-5 days for delivery from time of shipment; orders to Canada and the UK generally take 5-10 days. All US orders also have the option of being sent by USPS Express with a 1-2 day delivery for a $40 flat fee per order, regardless of order size.

Orders to mainland Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore and elsewhere are sent from either our facility in Colorado or Beijing, depending upon product availability. Shipments can take anywhere from 3-20 days depending on the shipment and delivery location. Note, all customers outside of the US are responsible for any duties, taxes or other import charges levied by the importing country. Prior to placing an order if you would like to know from where your package is being shipped, please contact us at inquiries@khunu.com.

Tracking Your Package. Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments. If you provide a valid email address at checkout you will receive an email with the USPS tracking number once your order has shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

We are committed to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy for any reason you may return your Khunu for a full refund or exchange within a month of receiving it, and anytime within six months for a Khunu credit. Simply shoot us an email at inquiries@khunu.com with a quick note on why you're not satisfied and we'll be sure you get sorted out.
