Our latest incarnation of the Travel Wrap is made from 100% pure yak wool sourced from the Tibetan plateau and woven using a herringbone weave using non-dyed natural grey yarn contrasted with brown stripe running along one side.

The Travel Wrap was one of our original products and has been a Khunu staple each season. It was dreamed up during a cold jeep ride in central Mongolia out of a need to make the perfect travel accessory - something versatile, natural, warm, and unisex. It's larger and heavier than a traditional pashmina, but lighter than a blanket. Unobtrusive when packed away yet supremely warm when wrapped around you like a shawl or worn as a chunky scarf.

Khunu garments should be dry-cleaned, hand-washed, or machine-washed on the wool or delicate setting. Please wash inside out, in lukewarm water with a mild detergent and no fabric softener or bleach. To dry, reshape you garment and lay it flat on a towel. Do not twist, wring, or tumble dry Khunu knitwear. Fold your Khunu garment to store it so as to lessen creasing and loss of shape.
